EV battery recycling is a hot topic at the moment. If we can’t easily and sustainably recycle batteries the question on how green EVs are is questionable. Whilst it’s a very new industry, manufacturers and other companies are making good progress with battery recycling from re-using them as batteries in secondary applications, to stripping them down and recycling the battery components and materials.
